From the click of the shutter though matting and framing, all prints are personally made by Larry. Printing is done with a state of the art, large format Epson printer using archival inks. Unless noted otherwise Epson Premium Lustre paper is used. The stunning prints, produced using this ink/paper combination, are rated by Wilhelm Imaging to last for over 60 years when displayed properly behind glass.
Prints are offered in several sizes up to 16 inches by 24 inches. Larger sizes can be obtained by special order. All images are made with cameras having a 2 x 3 aspect ratio so full frame prints are available in 8x12, 12x18, and 16x24 sizes. For other sizes slight cropping of the image is necessary to fit the format. Many images are shown with the cropping already done. If the image can be presented either full frame (ex 8x12) or cropped (ex. 8x10) only the full frame image is displayed.
Through the web site, images are sold either loose (print only) or double matted and mounted on archival foam board. Framed images are available at the art shows or by special arrangements.
Matted images are made using archival, acid free, mats. The outer mat is white to off white in color and the color of inner mat (reveal) is chosen to compliment the image. The choice of a frame is yours. Frames can be purchased very reasonably at stores such as Wall Mart or AC Moore or you can purchase a custom frame at a framing specialty shop.
Purchasing a loose print can be a very economical way to get a high quality piece of art. Another advantages is that mat selection can be done to your specific taste and décor. Inexpensive mats are available at the same type of outlets mentioned above or you can have the print mounted and framed at a specialty framing shop to produce a truly unique piece.
All prints, 8x10 and larger are sold in limited editions. Collectively, sizes 8x10 and 8x12 are limited to a total of 500 prints. The total of all prints in larger sizes is limited to an edition of 250. All are signed and numbered on the mat or on the actual print if sold loose.
All prints are guaranteed for one year. If you return it, for any reason within that time period, no question will be asked and your money will be refunded provided the print is returned in original condition.
